• Streamlined Operations: Efficient workflow with 30 second walk between clinic & OR & ample support staff including 2 NPs, 3 PAs, and your own dedicated MA

• Board Certification: Must be board certified or board eligible in Thoracic & Cardiac Surgery with a clean background/nothing that will prevent further credentialing/licensure
• Clinical Versatility: Proficiency in standard CABG and valve procedures, with the opportunity to utilize TAVR and robotic-assisted techniques.

We offer a top-tier compensation package designed to reward your expertise and ensure long-term success:

• Guaranteed Annual Earnings: Over $1MM/year - Generous base salary plus RVU production incentive
• Performance: High-value production incentive, paid quarterly.
• Paid Call: $1,500 per day after day 7 equating to an additional $12,000 monthly
• Incentives: Up to $75,000 Commencement (paid on first check) and $75,000 Student Loan Repayment
• Additional Support: $15,000 Relocation, $4,500 CME allowance, and fully covered licensure/dues.
• Total Time Off: Negotiable
