SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Astound is a leading provider in telecommunications services including advanced internet, phone, and cable services. We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in generating new business opportunities by qualifying leads and building relationships with potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire for success, a keen understanding of the sales process, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to potential clients through calls, emails, and social media platforms.
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
• Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Sales Executives.
• Report to the Sales Manager on weekly sales results.
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Astound's services and offerings to effectively communicate potential benefits and solutions to potential clients.
