SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Astound is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to drive sales of high-speed internet, TV, and phone services in our Telecommunications Sales & Business Development team. In this customer-facing role, you'll engage walk-in and outreach customers, understand their connectivity needs, and recommend fiber-rich broadband, WiFi, and streaming solutions. You'll handle product demos, orders, and activations while delivering responsive, customer-first service. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you'll support local community events, meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute feedback to improve our retail experience and processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in-store and in the local community to understand connectivity and entertainment needs
• Recommend and sell Astound internet, TV, phone, and Wi
• Fi solutions to residential and small business customers
• Perform product demonstrations and clearly explain plan options, pricing, and promotions
• Process new orders, upgrades, and account changes using POS/CRM systems with high accuracy
• Meet or exceed monthly sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction targets
• Educate customers on equipment setup, Wi
• Fi best practices, and self-service tools
• Resolve basic billing and service questions and coordinate with support teams for complex issues
• Maintain an organized, brand-aligned retail environment and merchandising displays
• Participate in outbound outreach, events, and local marketing activities to generate leads
• Capture customer feedback and share insights to improve products, processes, and customer experience
