- Active Registered Nurse license
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Certification or recertification by the appropriate nurse anesthesia certifying body
- At least 1 year of CRNA experience preferred
- Ability to work in a collaborative, physician-supervised anesthesia environment
- Comfort with general, orthopedic, obstetric, and pediatric cases
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-focused care
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and verify informed consent
- Discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients
- Induce, maintain, and emerge patients from anesthesia safely
- Monitor physiological status throughout procedures
- Provide clinical interventions as needed to support patient safety
- Work collaboratively with the anesthesia team to support daily case flow
- Deliver high-quality anesthesia care across routine surgical cases
