Registered Nurse

Intermountain Health seeks a Registered Nurse for our Critical Care Resource Pool to provide expert, patient-centered care across ICU and high-acuity units. In this role, you will float to areas of greatest need, delivering advanced assessments, medications, and critical interventions while collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality critical care nursing to patients in ICU and acute settings
• Float across units as part of the resource pool to support patient care needs
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per provider orders and protocols
• Continuously assess, monitor, and document patient status and responses to care
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams on care plans
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans
• Follow evidence-based practices and safety standards to ensure excellent outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement, professional development, and team initiatives
