Responsibilities

• Develop program goals and objectives to ensure alignment with the neurosurgery department's strategy
• Coordinate the activities of the neurosurgery program to ensure patient needs are met with high standards of healthcare
• Manage the program staff by providing direction, input, and feedback
• Liaise with other managers to ensure effective and efficient program delivery
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, suggesting and implementing improvements
• Prepare reports on the program status and progress for senior management and stakeholders
• Manage program budgets and ensure resources are utilized appropriately
