Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and diagnose mental health conditions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans that include medication management and psychotherapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and coordinate care.
• Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as required.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Advocate for patients' needs and coordinate with their families and other caregivers to provide holistic care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality according to medical laws and ethics.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in psychiatric care and best practices.
