Respiratory Therapist

Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our pool team at our inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. Responsibilities

• Assess patient health needs and implement appropriate respiratory care plans.
• Operate and manage life support mechanical ventilation systems.
• Educate patients and families about lung health and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive healthcare delivery.
• Conduct diagnostic tests to measure lung capacity.
