Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and potential.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists to provide holistic care.
• Educate patients and their families about communication and swallowing disorders and coping strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care and progress.
• Stay current with new treatments, technologies, and practices in the field of speech pathology.
