Physical Therapist

Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation in an inpatient setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. You will assess patient needs, restore function, improve mobility, and educate patients and families on continued care. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' mobility and motor capabilities to determine impairment level
• Design comprehensive treatment plans to aid in patient recovery
• Implement therapeutic techniques for pain management and mobility restoration
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and their families on post-therapy care and procedures
• Maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards
