Auto Repair Specialist I

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and routine maintenance on used vehicles to Car
• Max standards
• Complete basic diagnostics and repairs under guidance of senior technicians
• Document all work performed in repair and inventory systems accurately
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE use, and shop cleanliness standards
• Collaborate with teammates and leaders to meet quality and productivity goals
• Support a transparent, customer-focused repair process
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs
