Lead Toddler Teacher

The Learning Experience Corp seeks a Lead Toddler Teacher to guide a nurturing, play-based classroom for children ages 1-3. You will plan and deliver our proprietary curriculum, support cognitive, social, and emotional growth, and maintain a safe, engaging environment. Responsibilities include observing and documenting progress, managing daily routines, and partnering closely with families. You will mentor assistant teachers, collaborate with center leadership, and participate in ongoing training within a creative, mission-driven early education setting focused on innovation and child-first care.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum for toddlers aligned with center standards
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
• Observe and document children's developmental progress and behaviors
• Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom activities
• Supervise, coach, and mentor assistant teachers and classroom staff
• Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with center leadership on lesson planning and school events
• Participate in training, professional development, and curriculum implementation
• Manage daily routines including meals, diapering, and transitions
• Support the center's mission, policies, and family engagement initiatives
