Infant/Toddler Teacher

The Learning Experience Corp in Rio Rancho, NM is seeking an Infant/Toddler Teacher to provide nurturing, developmentally appropriate care for children from infancy through age three. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging classroom using a play-based curriculum that supports social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. You will implement daily routines, observe and document milestones, and communicate regularly with families. Working in a warm, team-oriented, and growth-focused culture, you'll receive training, clear lesson plans, and support to grow your early childhood education skills and career.

Responsibilities

• Provide nurturing daily care for infants and toddlers in a safe, clean classroom
• Implement play-based curriculum that supports developmental milestones
• Plan and lead age-appropriate learning, sensory, and social activities
• Maintain daily schedules including feeding, diapering, and naptime routines
• Observe, document, and report children's growth and behavior to families
• Communicate regularly with parents to build trusting relationships
• Follow all health, safety, and licensing procedures and policies
• Collaborate with coworkers to ensure consistent, high-quality care
• Set up and maintain engaging, developmentally appropriate classroom environments
• Participate in training and professional development offered by the center
