Lead Teacher

The Learning Experience Corp - Davenport West, FL is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide daily classroom operations for infants through preschoolers. The Lead Teacher will implement our play-based, curriculum-driven lessons to support early literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development in a safe, nurturing environment. Responsibilities include planning age-appropriate activities, maintaining classroom routines, observing and documenting child progress, and ensuring health and safety standards. The Lead Teacher will communicate regularly with families, mentor assistant teachers, collaborate with the center team, and support a positive, inclusive culture focused on each child's growth.

Responsibilities
