Resident Services Manager

Sares-Regis Group seeks a Resident Services Manager to lead the resident experience at our multifamily communities. In this role, you will oversee daily resident services, coordinate move-ins and move-outs, resolve issues, and support leasing and retention initiatives. You will partner closely with maintenance and onsite teams to uphold property standards, track service metrics, and ensure compliance with fair housing and company policies. Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day resident services for a multifamily community
• Lead onsite team to deliver exceptional customer service and resident satisfaction
• Coordinate resident move-ins, move-outs, and lease administration support
• Resolve resident issues, complaints, and service requests promptly
• Partner with maintenance and leasing teams to ensure building and amenity standards
• Track resident feedback, occupancy trends, and service metrics
• Support community events and engagement programs that enhance retention
• Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing, and local regulations
• Assist with budget management, vendor coordination, and invoice approvals
• Report operational and resident service performance to property leadership
