Production Machine Operator

Pures Food Specialties LLC seeks a Production Machine Operator to run, monitor, and adjust food manufacturing equipment on 1st or 2nd shift. You will set up machines, load ingredients and packaging, perform quality checks, and document production data while following strict food safety, GMP, and sanitation standards. The role requires attention to detail, reliable attendance, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. You'll support continuous improvement, troubleshoot minor issues, and help ensure consistent, high-quality nut butter products for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machines on assigned shift
• Load ingredients and packaging materials according to specifications
• Perform in-process quality checks and record production data
• Follow GMP, HACCP, and food safety procedures at all times
• Troubleshoot and correct minor equipment issues
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment
• Support changeovers and basic machine adjustments
• Communicate issues to leads and supervisors promptly
• Follow all safety policies, including LOTO and PPE use
• Contribute to continuous improvement and line efficiency.
