Aramco seeks a Lead Turnaround Engineer to drive performance recovery and optimization across its retail operations. In this role, you will lead high-impact turnaround initiatives for underperforming locations, using data-driven analysis to diagnose issues in sales, operations, and customer experience. You will design and execute remediation strategies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and establish KPIs to measure results. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of retail turnaround programs across underperforming locations
- Analyze financial, operational, and customer data to identify performance gaps and root causes
- Design and implement remediation plans spanning merchandising, staffing, processes, and customer experience
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, finance, supply chain, and IT to drive change
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and cadence for monitoring turnaround progress and impact
- Conduct site assessments, develop playbooks, and standardize best practices across the network
- Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication at all levels
- Partner with leadership on investment cases, ROI modeling, and prioritization of initiatives
- Lead pilots, A/B tests, and continuous improvement cycles based on data-driven insights
- Coach local leaders and teams to sustain operational and financial improvements
