Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of property maintenance, ensuring that all facilities are functioning optimally.
  • Supervise maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance, to build a qualified, effective team.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify and resolve issues, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs to prolong the life of facilities and reduce emergency repairs.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for outsourced work, ensuring quality and cost-efficient completion of projects.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and forecast financial needs for upkeep, repairs, and improvements.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and coordinate rapid, effective solutions.

Required Skills
