Programming Machine Operator

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Programming Machine Operator I to support our wholesale electronics operations. In this role, you will set up, load, and operate programming machines to configure electronic components to customer specifications. You'll read work orders, select programs, verify part numbers, and perform test runs while monitoring output for quality and accuracy. Responsibilities include basic troubleshooting, documenting production data, following ESD and safety procedures, and collaborating with warehouse and quality teams in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate programming machines for electronic components per work orders
• Load, unload, and verify electronic parts, labels, and reels against specifications
• Select, run, and adjust machine programs to meet customer requirements
• Monitor machine performance, inspect output, and perform basic troubleshooting
• Document production counts, test results, and any nonconformances
• Follow ESD, safety, and quality procedures in a warehouse/production setting
• Collaborate with warehouse and quality teams to meet delivery timelines
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on machines
