Warehouse Associate II

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to support our Warehouse & Manufacturing operations in the electronics industry. In this role, you will receive, pick, pack, and ship electronic components while maintaining accurate inventory in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You will operate material-handling equipment, use RF scanners and WMS/ERP systems, and follow strict quality and ESD/safety standards. Collaborating with a diverse team, you'll help ensure on-time orders and support continuous improvement in our innovative, customer-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming electronic components and materials
• Pick, pack, and ship orders according to Arrow standards and customer requirements
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely
• Use RF scanners and WMS/ERP systems to track and update inventory transactions
• Perform cycle counts and assist with root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse work areas following 5
• S and OSHA guidelines
• Handle ESD-sensitive and high-value electronics with appropriate care and documentation
• Prepare shipping documentation and labels; coordinate with carriers as needed
• Support continuous improvement, process standardization, and quality initiatives
• Collaborate with warehouse, manufacturing, and logistics teams to meet service-level goals
