Material Handler

Tsubaki Kabelschlepp America, Inc. is seeking a reliable Material Handler to support manufacturing operations. In this role, you will safely receive, move, store, and stage materials and components to keep production running efficiently. Responsibilities include operating forklifts and material handling equipment, performing accurate inventory transactions, preparing materials for shipment, and keeping work areas organized. You'll collaborate with production and logistics teams, follow safety and quality procedures, and contribute to our culture of continuous improvement and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stage incoming materials and components for production
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records using basic computer systems or scanners
• Supply production lines with required materials in a timely manner
• Prepare, package, and load materials for outbound shipments
• Perform routine cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards in warehouse and production areas
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to prioritize material needs
• Identify and report damaged materials or discrepancies
• Support continuous improvement efforts in material flow and storage practices
