Heat Treat Operator

Tsubaki Kabelschlepp America, Inc., a leader in high-quality cable carriers and machine protection systems, is seeking a Heat Treat Metal Finishing Operator. In this role, you will operate and monitor heat treat and metal finishing equipment to process metal components to exact specifications. Responsibilities include loading/unloading parts, adjusting machine settings, performing quality inspections, and recording production data. You will support continuous improvement and work closely with a collaborative team in a safety-focused, fast-paced manufacturing environment that values innovation and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor heat treat and metal finishing equipment to meet production specifications
• Load, unload, and inspect metal parts for quality, dimensions, and finish requirements
• Adjust machine settings, temperature, and timing based on process standards and work orders
• Perform basic equipment maintenance, cleaning, and safety checks
• Record production data and maintain accurate logs of runs, parameters, and results
• Follow safety, quality, and ISO/plant procedures at all times
• Communicate issues with supervisors and maintenance to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and throughput
