Construction Electrical Mechanic

Lee Company is seeking a skilled Construction Electrical Mechanic to install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems on commercial and industrial projects across the Southeast. In this field-based role, you'll read blueprints, run conduit, install panels and devices, and ensure all work meets NEC codes and Lee Company quality standards. Responsibilities

• Install, terminate, and test electrical wiring, conduit, panels, and devices on commercial and industrial projects.
• Interpret blueprints, one-lines, and specifications to plan routing and installation.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Follow NEC, company standards, and safety procedures, including PPE and lockout/tagout.
• Collaborate with foremen, project managers, and other trades to meet schedule and quality goals.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe, organized condition.
• Document work performed and communicate project status and issues to supervisors.
• Train and mentor apprentices and helpers as needed.
