Construction Electrician

Lee Company, a leading provider in a range of mechanical services for both residential and commercial clients, is seeking a skilled Construction Electrician to join our dynamic team. This position plays a pivotal role in providing high-quality electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs across our extensive Southeastern operation zones. Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and execute plans and schematics for electrical systems and ensure all projects comply with code requirements.
• Install, test, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
• Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Ensure that all services are delivered according to contract specifications, on time, and within budget constraints.

Required Skills

• Profound knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systems.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using electrical and hand tools (wire strippers, voltmeter etc.).
• Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight.
