Construction HVAC / Refrigeration Installer

Lee Company is seeking a Construction HVAC / Refrigeration Installer to support commercial and industrial projects across the Southeast. In this role, you will install, pipe, and start up HVAC and refrigeration systems, reading blueprints and following manufacturer specs and building codes. You'll perform brazing, wiring, ductwork, and equipment setting while maintaining a strict safety-first mindset. Working in a family-oriented, people-first culture, you'll collaborate with field teams, receive ongoing training, and help deliver high-quality, reliable systems to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Install and start up commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems per plans and specifications
• Lay out, assemble, and mount equipment, ductwork, piping, and controls on construction sites
• Perform brazing, piping, wiring, and refrigerant charging to code and manufacturer standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job documentation
• Assist with system testing, troubleshooting, and punch list completion
• Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, and OSHA standards on active job sites
• Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and trades to meet schedule and quality goals
• Complete required documentation, inspections, and startup reports accurately and on time
