Construction Plumbing Mechanic

Lee Company is seeking a skilled Construction Plumbing Mechanic to install, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems on commercial and industrial projects across the Southeast. Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and repair plumbing systems, piping, fixtures, and related equipment on commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing codes to lay out and plan installations.
• Perform pipe fitting, soldering, brazing, threading, and testing of water, waste, and vent systems.
• Inspect and troubleshoot plumbing systems to identify leaks, flow issues, and equipment failures.
• Ensure all work meets applicable codes, safety standards, and company quality requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades to complete work on time and within scope.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe, clean, and organized condition.
• Document work performed and communicate progress, issues, and material needs to supervisors.
• Follow all Lee Company and OSHA safety policies, including use of PPE and participation in safety meetings.
• Support and mentor apprentices or less experienced plumbers as needed.
