Front Load Driver

Waste Connections is seeking a safety-focused Front Load Driver to operate commercial collection trucks in our Transportation & Warehousing operations. In this essential role, you'll run assigned routes, collect and transport non-hazardous waste and recyclables, and complete required inspections and documentation. Responsibilities

• Operate front load commercial refuse truck on assigned routes
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Safely load, transport, and unload waste to designated facilities
• Follow all DOT, company, and safety regulations and procedures
• Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding service issues
• Complete required route logs and electronic documentation accurately
• Report equipment issues, hazards, or incidents promptly
• Support recycling, environmental, and community-focused initiatives

Required Skills

• Commercial truck driving (Class B CDL or higher)
• Safe operation of front load refuse trucks
