Sr. On Premise Market Execution Specialist

Constellation Brands seeks a Sr. On Premise Market Execution Specialist to drive distribution, visibility, and sales of our premium beer, wine, and spirits portfolio across key on-premise accounts. In this field-based role, you'll execute pricing and promotional plans, optimize product placement, and ensure flawless brand standards in bars, restaurants, and venues. Partner with distributors and account leaders to analyze performance, close distribution gaps, and activate high-impact programs. Responsibilities

• Own on-premise market execution for Constellation Brands' portfolio within an assigned territory.
• Drive distribution, visibility, and volume growth across bars, restaurants, and venues.
• Implement pricing, promotions, and brand activation plans in line with national and regional strategies.
• Optimize product placement, displays, and brand standards to maximize consumer pull.
• Partner with distributors and key accounts to identify opportunities and close distribution gaps.
• Analyze sales and depletions data to track performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Build strong relationships with account decision makers and frontline staff.
• Plan and execute events, tastings, and programming that build brand awareness and trial.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and category teams to align local execution with brand priorities.
• Report market insights, competitive activity, and execution results to leadership regularly.
