Preschool Teacher

Chesterbrook Academy is seeking a caring Preschool Teacher to create a safe, engaging classroom where young children thrive. Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate preschool lessons
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
• Blend structured learning with play-based activities
• Observe and assess children's developmental and academic progress
• Document learning and maintain accurate student records
• Communicate regularly with families about progress and classroom activities
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support school-wide initiatives
• Implement school curriculum and adapt activities to individual needs
• Maintain classroom organization, safety, and cleanliness
• Participate in professional development and training sessions
