HVAC /R Pipefitter Journeyman

CoolSys is seeking an HVAC/R Pipefitter Journeyman to install, assemble, and service commercial and industrial HVAC-R piping systems. In this field-based role, you'll read blueprints, braze and weld piping, set and connect refrigeration and mechanical equipment, and perform testing, charging, and commissioning. You'll work closely with technicians and engineers in a safety-first, team-driven culture, following OSHA and company standards. Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and repair HVAC/R piping systems for commercial and industrial projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and piping diagrams
• Braise, solder, and weld piping and fittings to specification
• Collaborate with technicians and engineers to complete installations safely and on schedule
• Test, charge, and commission refrigeration and mechanical systems
• Follow all Cool
• Sys and OSHA safety standards and procedures
• Troubleshoot piping and refrigeration issues and perform corrective repairs
• Document work performed, materials used, and system performance
