Kellanova is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, food production environment. You will oversee frontline teams to deliver on safety, quality, service, and productivity goals while fostering Kellanova's inclusive, performance-driven culture. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, optimizing workflows, monitoring KPIs, and driving continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma principles. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with maintenance, quality, and supply chain, ensure regulatory and food safety compliance, reduce waste and costs, and coach team members for growth and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations across shifts to meet safety, quality, and production targets
  • Optimize production schedules, resource allocation, and workflows to drive efficiency and minimize downtime
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and regulatory standards while promoting a strong safety culture
  • Supervise, coach, and develop frontline teams, including performance management and training
  • Collaborate with maintenance, supply chain, and quality teams to resolve issues and improve reliability
  • Support implementation of new processes, technologies, and productivity initiatives aligned with Kellanova strategy
  • Drive cost control, waste reduction, and yield improvement within assigned production area
  • Champion Kellanova's inclusive, performance-oriented culture and support employee engagement
  • Prepare and present operational reports and recommendations to plant and operations leadership
