Operations Supervisor

Kellanova is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead Production & Operations in our manufacturing facility. You will oversee daily plant activities, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met while optimizing schedules, materials, and staffing. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, reduce waste, and resolve production issues. You'll coach and develop front-line employees, monitor KPIs, enforce food safety and compliance standards, and support capital or process improvement projects in a fast-paced, inclusive, and performance-driven culture.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations for assigned production lines or area
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and quality standards and procedures
• Plan and coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to meet production schedules
• Monitor and analyze KPIs (throughput, OEE, scrap, downtime) and drive improvements
• Lead and coach front-line team members, providing training, feedback, and performance management
• Investigate and resolve production issues, coordinating with maintenance and quality
• Support and lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5
• S, root cause analysis)
• Maintain accurate production, safety, and compliance documentation and reports
• Collaborate with planning, engineering, and logistics to optimize plant performance
• Champion Kellanova's inclusive, values-driven culture on the shop floor
