Senior Operations Supervisor

As a Senior Operations Supervisor at Kellanova, you will lead daily operations on a manufacturing line producing iconic snack and breakfast brands. You'll supervise and develop frontline teams, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient production that meets strict quality and food safety standards. Partnering closely with maintenance, quality, and supply chain, you'll manage KPIs, schedules, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize throughput and reduce waste. Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for a high-volume manufacturing line to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
• Supervise, coach, and develop frontline production teams, driving accountability and performance
• Implement and monitor KPIs, production schedules, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain to minimize downtime and optimize throughput
• Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and regulatory standards in all plant activities
• Support deployment of lean manufacturing and process optimization projects
• Analyze production data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for efficiency gains
