Assistant Store Manager

You'll help lead a small team delivering short-term credit solutions, installment loans, and check cashing services to underbanked customers. Responsibilities include coaching staff, driving sales and service performance, overseeing cash handling, and ensuring strict compliance with lending and regulatory policies. You'll resolve customer issues, support reporting and audit readiness, and contribute to a performance-driven, advancement-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in daily branch operations and compliance with financial regulations
• Lead and coach team members to meet performance, lending, and service goals
• Assist customers with short-term credit solutions, installment loans, and related financial products
• Ensure accurate cash handling, reconciliations, and transaction processing
• Monitor and maintain store security, audit readiness, and policy adherence
• Resolve customer issues promptly while upholding company standards
• Contribute to sales, marketing, and community outreach efforts
• Prepare reports on store performance and operational metrics
