Bilingual Assistant Store Manager

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands seeks a Bilingual Assistant Store Manager to support daily branch operations in a fast-paced consumer finance environment. You'll assist with supervising staff, coaching team members, and ensuring compliance with lending and collections regulations. Responsibilities include processing loans, cash handling, resolving customer issues in English and Spanish, and achieving sales and performance targets. You'll model excellent service to underbanked customers while maintaining accurate records, supporting audits, and contributing to continuous process improvements and branch growth.

Responsibilities

• Support daily branch operations and assist the Store Manager with staffing and scheduling
• Provide bilingual customer service, explaining loan products and terms in English and Spanish
• Process consumer loans, payments, and check cashing with accurate cash handling
• Help drive sales and performance goals through cross-selling and referrals
• Ensure adherence to company policies and lending, collections, and compliance standards
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to support audits
• Assist with training, coaching, and motivating team members to meet targets
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
• Monitor store appearance, security, and cash controls
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and branch growth initiatives
