Retail Sales Rep

Patterson is seeking a Retail Sales Rep to grow sales of dental and animal health products within our wholesale trade network. In this role, you'll build strong relationships with retail and clinic customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right products, equipment, and services. You'll manage a territory, meet sales targets, and use CRM tools to track activities and opportunities. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you'll ensure accurate orders and on-time delivery while representing Patterson's customer-focused, innovative culture.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of dental and animal health products to retail and clinic customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular outreach and visits
• Understand product lines, pricing, and promotions to recommend solutions
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports
• Participate in training to stay current on product updates and industry trends
• Represent Patterson's values and culture in all customer interactions
