Delivery Driver

TJ Sheehan Distributing seeks a dependable Delivery Driver/Driver Helper to deliver beer and beverages to retailers, bars, and restaurants across Central and Upstate New York. In this fast-paced, physical role, you will safely operate company vehicles, load and unload kegs and cases, verify orders, and provide professional, friendly service at every stop. You'll work closely with warehouse and sales teams to keep routes on time, maintain accurate paperwork, and uphold safety and DOT standards while representing a family-owned, community-focused distributor.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company delivery vehicles on assigned routes across Central and Upstate New York
• Load, unload, and verify beer and beverage orders using invoices and handheld devices
• Provide courteous, professional service to retailers, bars, and restaurants at each stop
• Assist driver as a helper when needed, including handling kegs and cases safely
• Follow all DOT, company, and safety regulations, including proper lifting techniques
• Communicate delivery issues, returns, and discrepancies to dispatch or supervisors
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any mechanical or safety concerns promptly
• Support teamwork with warehouse, sales, and logistics staff to meet route schedules
