CDL B Driver

TJ Sheehan Distributing, a family-owned beer and beverage wholesaler, seeks a CDL B Driver in Westmoreland, NY. In this field-based role, you'll safely operate a CDL B delivery truck to deliver beer and beverages to retailers, bars, and restaurants across Central New York. Responsibilities include loading and unloading product, rotating stock, verifying orders, and providing friendly, reliable service at each stop. You'll complete pre- and post-trip inspections, follow DOT and safety rules, communicate with dispatch, and represent a tight-knit, customer-focused team that supports local retailers and regional brands.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL B delivery truck on assigned routes across Central New York
• Load, unload, and accurately deliver beverage products to retailers, bars, and restaurants
• Verify delivery orders, obtain customer signatures, and maintain accurate delivery records
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
• Rotate stock, follow product handling standards, and ensure product quality on delivery
• Provide professional, customer-focused service and represent the company positively at each stop
• Follow DOT, safety, and company compliance standards at all times
• Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse, and sales teams to resolve delivery issues promptly
• Handle kegs and cases using proper lifting techniques and material handling equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and adhere to all company policies and procedures
