LifeBridge Health is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in Maryland. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations in inpatient and outpatient settings
  • Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
  • Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice and institutional guidelines
  • Assist with and perform clinical procedures as credentialed and supervised
  • Monitor patient progress, adjust care plans, and facilitate safe transitions of care
  • Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, treatment options, and self-care
  • Document all patient encounters and care activities accurately in the electronic medical record
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and support staff to deliver coordinated, team-based care
  • Participate in on-call coverage, extended hours, or weekend shifts as needed to support patient care
  • Engage in continuing medical education, maintain licensure and certifications, and support quality improvement initiatives
