Registered Nurse

Manpower is seeking a Registered Nurse to support healthcare clients within the Administrative & Support & Waste Management sector. In this role, you will deliver direct patient care, perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor treatment outcomes while maintaining accurate clinical documentation. You will collaborate with physicians and care teams, follow infection control and safety protocols, and educate patients and families. This position requires strong critical thinking, time management, and communication skills, with a commitment to ethical practice, quality care, and continuous learning in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, and monitoring
• Document patient status, treatments, and responses accurately and timely in clinical systems
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement and adjust care plans
• Educate patients and families on treatments, medications, and discharge instructions
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards in all clinical activities
• Prioritize and manage multiple patients and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Report and document changes in patient condition and escalate concerns promptly
• Support onboarding and guidance of support staff as needed
