ARRT Radiology / Limited License X-Ray Technologist

Physicians Care, a nonprofit clinic serving uninsured adults in Cobb County, seeks an ARRT Radiology / Limited License X-Ray Technologist to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging. In this role, you will perform routine X-rays, position and prepare patients, and ensure accurate, safe imaging that supports timely medical decisions. You will collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff, maintain equipment and exam rooms, and follow strict radiation safety and infection control standards. Responsibilities

• Perform routine diagnostic and limited license X-ray exams following physician orders and safety protocols
• Prepare, position, and instruct patients to ensure high-quality imaging and patient comfort
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain radiographic equipment, reporting any malfunctions
• Verify patient identity, review orders, and document procedures accurately in records or EMR systems
• Adhere to radiation safety standards, including proper shielding and ALARA principles
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinic staff to support coordinated patient care
• Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and infection control standards in alignment with clinic policies
• Provide compassionate care and clear communication to underserved and uninsured adult patients
