Physicians Care, a nonprofit clinic serving uninsured adults in Cobb County, seeks a Radiology Technologist to deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging. In this role, you will perform radiographic exams, position patients, and operate imaging equipment while following ALARA and safety protocols. You'll collaborate closely with physicians and nurses, support patient education, and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic imaging examinations following physician orders and clinic protocols
• Prepare and position patients to ensure quality images while maintaining comfort and safety
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot radiology equipment, reporting issues as needed
• Follow radiation safety standards, including proper shielding, exposure settings, and documentation
• Verify patient identity, review histories, and explain procedures to reduce anxiety and improve cooperation
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinic staff to support coordinated patient care
• Maintain accurate imaging records within the clinic's systems and protect patient confidentiality (HIPAA)
• Assist with scheduling, patient flow, and general clinic support in a nonprofit environment
