Unit Manager RN

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for the nursing unit, ensuring safe, high-quality, resident-centered care
• Supervise, coach, and schedule nursing staff, supporting teamwork and professional development
• Oversee care planning, documentation, and regulatory compliance for long-term and post-acute residents
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members on treatment plans
• Monitor quality indicators, lead improvement initiatives, and support survey readiness
• Engage residents and families, promoting dignity, communication, and service excellence
• Support orientation, training, and ongoing education for unit staff
