Radiology / Limited License X-Ray Technologist

Baptist Urgent Care seeks an ARRT Radiology / Limited License X-Ray Technologist to deliver safe, accurate diagnostic imaging in a fast-paced, patient-centered urgent care setting. You will perform radiologic and limited license X-ray exams, position patients, and follow strict radiation safety and infection control protocols. This role collaborates closely with providers and clinical staff to support efficient patient flow while maintaining detailed documentation in PACS and EMR systems. Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiologic and limited license X-ray exams per provider orders
• Prepare and position patients safely, following radiation safety protocols
• Operate and maintain radiologic equipment and report malfunctions
• Verify patient identity and obtain relevant medical history
• Ensure accurate imaging, proper labeling, and timely upload to PACS/EMRAssist urgent care team with basic clinical and patient care tasks as needed
• Follow infection control, HIPAA, and safety standards at all times
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families
• Document procedures and maintain accurate records and logs
• Collaborate with providers and staff to support efficient patient flow
