Radiology / Limited License X-Ray Technologist

Baptist Urgent Care seeks an ARRT Radiology / Limited License X-Ray Technologist to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting. You will perform X-rays according to ARRT and state standards, verify orders, position patients, and ensure radiation safety for patients and staff. This role includes maintaining equipment, exam rooms, and accurate records, while collaborating closely with providers and clinical staff. Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging following ARRT and state guidelines
• Prepare and position patients, explaining procedures and ensuring comfort and safety
• Verify orders and patient identity; maintain accurate imaging records and documentation
• Operate, calibrate, and care for radiologic equipment and report malfunctions
• Apply radiation safety protocols for patients, self, and staff
• Assist urgent care clinical team with basic patient care and clinical tasks as needed
• Collaborate with providers to support timely diagnosis and treatment
• Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and infection control standards
• Support a compassionate, patient-centered experience consistent with Baptist Urgent Care values
