Radiology / Limited License X-Ray Technologist

Baptist Urgent Care is seeking an ARRT Radiology / Limited License X-Ray Technologist to deliver high-quality imaging in a fast-paced urgent care setting. In this role, you will perform diagnostic radiologic and limited X-ray exams, accurately position patients, and operate digital imaging equipment while adhering to ARRT and state regulations. You will ensure radiation safety, maintain detailed EMR documentation, and collaborate closely with providers to support timely diagnosis and treatment. Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiologic and limited X-ray exams following ARRT and state guidelines
• Prepare and position patients to ensure high-quality imaging and patient comfort
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain radiology equipment and ensure radiation safety protocols
• Verify patient identity, obtain histories, and document procedures in the EMR system
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to support urgent care diagnosis and treatment
• Follow infection control, HIPAA, and quality assurance standards
• Educate patients on procedures and provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Assist with basic clinical tasks and workflow in a fast-paced urgent care setting
