Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure high standards of patient care
• Manage, train, and evaluate staff to ensure compliance with current healthcare regulations
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency and quality of service
• Coordinate with other managers to achieve excellent patient and family outcomes
• Prepare and manage budgets while ensuring adequate staffing and resources
• Ensure adherence to all legal, safety, health, and sanitation regulations
• Implement new company policies and keep staff informed of changes
