Responsibilities

• Operate Class A tractor and tanker trailer to transport bulk liquid chemicals on local routes
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of tractor, trailer, and tanker equipment
• Safely load and unload hazardous and non-hazardous liquid products using pumps, hoses, and valves
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, EPA, and company safety regulations and procedures
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and complete all required shipping and delivery documentation
• Use proper PPE and follow spill-prevention and emergency response protocols
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, terminal personnel, and customers regarding schedules and load status
• Report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns promptly to supervisors or maintenance
• Adhere to company policies reflecting a safety-first culture, integrity, and respect
• Provide professional, courteous service at customer locations and represent Quality Carriers positively
