Physical Therapist

Ivy Rehab Network is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to launch and lead your own outpatient clinic. In this role, you'll provide evidence-based physical therapy, evaluate and treat a diverse caseload, and design individualized care plans to restore function and mobility. You'll build and grow the clinic, mentor staff, and collaborate with referring providers. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based care plans
• Open, manage, and grow an outpatient physical therapy clinic
• Supervise and mentor clinical and support staff
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers
• Educate patients and families on home exercise and injury prevention
• Document care accurately and comply with regulatory requirements
• Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust treatments as needed
