What You ll Do

• Provide anesthesia coverage for a high-volume hospital, handling 60+ cases daily across multiple specialties including general, ortho, gyn, ENT, vascular, thoracic, neuro, trauma, and more.
• Float between multiple locations, primarily Moses Cone, with the flexibility to adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal anesthesia care.
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR and operate anesthesia machines such as Drager and Philips monitors.
• Perform anesthetic management for patients of all ages, including complex cases, with a focus on vascular, neuro, and pediatric anesthesia.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and quality assurance procedures.

What You Need
Required:

• North Carolina State License
• Board Certification as a CRNA
• 1-2+ years of anesthesia experience
• ACLS & PALS certifications

Preferred:

• Experience with cardiac/vascular and neuro anesthesia
• Ability to float and adapt to different settings
• Flexibility with schedule and multi-location coverage
